contact LeMars.NET © LeMars.NET Brother Epstein Roll the clock back forty years.  His name was Brother Epstein.  I remember first seeing him at about Eighth Street and Third Avenue Southeast.  He certainly couldn't have wandered too far in Le Mars without attracting attention. At least a heads up to the LPD from a watchful neighbor.  But then again, maybe he just appeared out of nowhere like Melchizedek from the Old Testament.
